What to do now

Three steps, that is all

  1. Join the Google Group

    Only members of the Google Group can sign up as testers. Please join the group first.

  2. Become a tester

    On the page that opens, tap the “Become a tester” button.

  3. Install the app

    Keep it installed for two weeks. Opening it now and then helps a lot.

    After step 2, it can take about 20 minutes for the app to appear in the Play Store. If it is not there yet, try again in a little while.

If installing shows an error

  1. Wait about 20 minutes and tap Install again. It takes a little while for your tester signup to go through.
  2. Still failing? Go to Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Storage, clear the cache, then open the Play Store again.
  3. Check that the account at the top right of the Play Store is the one you used to join the Google Group.
  4. On the Google Group page, check that it says you have joined — not that a request is pending. A pending request is not yet a tester.

If it still does not work, send your phone model and the email address your Play Store uses to summaru.official@gmail.com — we will add that account as a tester directly.
