Held by Nothing — Zero Gravity | 8 Hour Stillness Music | 174Hz Weightless Calm

No up. No down. The senses forget which way is body — a 174Hz soundscape for weightless stillness.

Zero Gravity

There is a moment, right before sleep or right after waking, when the body forgets its weight. No effort, no holding. Just presence, suspended. Zero Gravity was made to live inside that moment and stretch it into hours.

The Weight We Didn't Know We Were Carrying

Most of us move through the day braced against something — a deadline, a worry, the low hum of needing to be somewhere else. The shoulders rise without permission. The jaw sets. We call this normal because we've forgotten what unclenched feels like.

174 Hz is the lowest of the healing frequencies, often associated with easing physical tension and grounding the nervous system. There's something fitting in that — the frequency meant to release weight sits at the base of the scale, close to the floor, close to the body. It doesn't ask you to rise above anything. It asks you to be held.

This track isn't about escaping gravity. It's about discovering that some of the weight was never necessary — that you can set it down without falling.

Floating Without Leaving

Stillness, in the SUMMARU sense, isn't emptiness. It's spaciousness. Zero Gravity moves slowly, without destination, the way clouds move — present, shifting, never in a hurry to arrive anywhere. Eight hours of it means there's no rush to feel calm by a certain point. The track simply keeps the space open, for as long as you need it open.

Breathe with it, or don't. Let your attention drift toward the low tones and back to your own inhale. Independence, here, means not needing the music to do the work for you — just letting it accompany the work you're already doing quietly, underneath everything.

Weightlessness is not the absence of gravity — it's the absence of resistance to it.

Let this play through a slow evening, a long work session, or a night of uncertain sleep. There is no performance required, nothing to achieve. Just the floor giving way, gently, into open air.
