Letting Go — 24 Minutes of Healing Music in Korean Nature
A quiet field overlooking the sea in Incheon's Ganghwa Island. Just sitting there and finding your breath — something shifts.
Why This Music Was Made
I didn't know if this was the right direction. Starting without certainty, without answers — carrying that uncertainty and anxiety, I sat down and focused anyway.
I wanted to share that moment.
Letting go. And rising again.
Three Movements
This 24-minute healing music sequence flows through three chapters.
Calm Beginning (00:00) It starts in stillness. You don't need to do anything. Just being here is enough.
Inner Waves (02:54) Inner waves rise. When emotions surface, don't suppress them. Let them come like waves, and let them go like waves.
Peaceful Resolution (08:17) The waves settle. This quiet isn't empty. It's full.
On Letting Go
"Let go" is said easily, but it's one of the hardest things to actually do.
Letting go of something isn't giving up. It's releasing the grip that was holding it so tightly. The worries, expectations, and regrets you've been clutching until your hands ache — putting them down, just for a moment.
In that instant, your breath goes a little deeper.
What Korean Nature Gives
The landscape in the video is Ganghwa Island, Incheon. A field of red reeds, misty mountains, and a person sitting alone before it all.
Nature doesn't speak. It just is. And sometimes that's the greatest comfort.
